In 1998, we launched the first online business formation tool in the country. Our product was built - and is maintained - by Colorado attorneys.

For more than a decade our incorporation product has been used to incorporate hundreds and hundreds of Colorado businesses.

Compare us to the competition ...

Don't be fooled by other websites that advertise a low price of $39 or $49 for "incorporating" you when all they really mean is they will file the articles online (and then they'll charge you an extra $30 for each additional "a la cart" service they perform like procuring a FEIN, sales tax ID, etc).

Also watch out for companies that incorporate businesses in all 50 states but don't do any one state really well, or companies that send you an incorporation packet where you have to fill in all the information yourself by hand.

Business formation > FAQ

“Legions of people out there aren't frightened by the economy. They're called entrepreneurs. And challenges don't make them surrender; they make them fierce. Consider right now, in companies large and small, new and old, teams of employees are huddled together in meetings working their butts off to figure out how to save their organizations - and the jobs of their co-workers.”
